Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 July 2026. Julie Builds is a brand of Automated Income Tools LLC. In this policy, "I" and "we" mean that company.

The short version. I collect your email if you subscribe, and your name, email, and answer if you fill in a form. I use it to reply to you and to send the newsletter. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone except the services listed below that I need in order to run this.

What I collect

Newsletter subscribers. Your email address, and the date you subscribed.
Contact and enquiry forms. Your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. This includes forms on TikTok LIVE.
If you email me. Your email address and the contents of your message.
Website analytics. Anonymised, aggregated information about pages visited, roughly where in the world visitors are, and what kind of device they use. This is not tied to your name.

Why I collect it

To send you the newsletter and the resources you asked for.
To reply to you personally when you get in touch about working together.
To understand which pages and topics are useful, so I write more of what helps.

Who else touches it

I use a small number of third-party services to run this. Each has its own privacy policy.

Beehiiv hosts the newsletter and stores subscriber email addresses.
Google Analytics provides the anonymised website statistics.
TikTok collects and passes on enquiries submitted through TikTok LIVE forms.
GitHub Pages hosts this website.
Zoho Mail handles email sent to hello@juliebuilds.com.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with advertisers.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site, including the storefront listed as The Kit, are affiliate links. If you buy something through one, I earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It does not change what I recommend, and I only list things I actually use. Where a link earns me a commission, I say so.

How long I keep it

Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you would like your information deleted sooner, ask and I will do it.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link at the bottom of every email.
Ask what I hold about you, and I will tell you.
Ask me to delete it, and I will, unless I am legally required to keep it.
Correct anything that is wrong.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. I will honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This site and newsletter are meant for adults working in or entering sales. They are not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, I will update the date at the top of this page.
