AI for people who actually sell.
25 years in sales, 12 of them independent, and I am still carrying a number today. Which means I am not teaching from memory. The prompts and workflows I actually use on live deals.
I help independent sellers and small teams build a book of business they own outright.
I've spent 25 years in sales, and the last 12 building my own book of business and keeping it mine. It's still active today. No W2 that can fire me without cause and walk off with my relationships behind a hefty NDA. I chose independent, on purpose, and I'm still choosing it.
I've sold in more than one industry. The fundamentals carried over every time, which is why I think they're worth writing down.
I use AI every day to do this job. Not to talk about AI, to sell with it. Research before outreach, openers, follow up, the unglamorous stuff. What works goes in the newsletter. What doesn't, I say so.
Pull up a chair. This is the good version.
I still sell. 25 years in sales, the last 12 building and keeping my own book of business, and I am carrying a number today. Everything here comes out of live deals, not a content calendar.
No. I cold call every day, and it is where I test whether research holds up, because there is no delete key on a phone call. But the research work is identical whether you call, email, DM, or follow up on an inbound form. The channel is the last decision you make, not the first.
Mostly the work that happens before outreach. Understanding an unfamiliar industry, working out how a specific company makes money, and finding a reason to reach out this week instead of next quarter. I do not use it to write things that pretend to be me.
People who sell for a living. Reps, sales leaders, and founders still doing their own selling. It is not a passive income newsletter and it is not an AI newsletter.
